Last night, Kareena Kapoor and Deepika Padukone attended Dinesh Vijan’s birthday party and were seen bonding with each other. Dinesh Vijan is a good friend of Saif and has worked with Deepika in ‘Love Aaj Kal’ and Kareena in ‘Agent Vinod’. Naturally he couldn’t choose between the two. A source present at the party said, “Contrary to all the apprehensions, there was no animosity between Deepika and Kareena. They greeted each other warmly and were seen having a conversation.” Deepika left the party at 1am whereas Kareena was seen hanging out till 2:30 am.
It was earlier reported that the two actresses cannot see eye to eye. Earlier when Deepika was asked in an interview about Bebo not getting along with female co-stars, Deepika had said, "Well that’s her insecurity I can’t do anything about that. But we’ve had no problems." Apparently, Kareena was also upset with Dippy for spreading rumours that she was the original choice for RA.One’s item song ‘Chammak Challo’.
